Buttercream recipe:
Ingredients:                          Grams
Butter/Margarine                 250
Icing Sugar                             250
1 tbsp Vanilla
Method:
1.   Sieve icing sugar.
2.   Beat butter and icing sugar in a mixing bowl on high speed until light and fluffy.
3.   Add vanilla, mix well on medium speed for a few minutes.
