Buttercake recipe:
Ingredients:                       Grams
Butter                                   300
Sugar                                    260
Self-raising Flour               400
4 Eggs
200 mL Milk                                 
1 tbsp Vanilla
A pinch of salt
Method:
1.   Beat butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl on high speed for about 10 minutes until fluffy.
2.   Add vanilla, salt and eggs, one at a time, beat well on medium speed.
3.   Alternately, add flour and milk, mix well on slow speed for 30 seconds.
4.   Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin.
5.   Bake in a preheat oven at 180 degree Celcius for about an hour.
